Breeding insights

"First recommended in 2005, FLAGON remains one of the UK’s heritage winter malts. It may not have the highest yield but its quality characteristics are outstanding and FLAGON has strong support with English Maltsters and Brewers, especially in East Anglia where there are many contracts available. As with true heritage, FLAGON continues to improve with age and is again increasing in popularity."
