SYNGENTA CEREALS LIVE 2020 PRIZE DRAW RULES
Please read these Rules carefully. “Prize Draw” means Syngenta Cereals Live 2020 prize draw. “Syngenta” and “we/us/our” means Syngenta UK Limited, reg’d co. no. 00849037. By entering the Prize Draw, you (the “Entrant”) accept and agree to comply with these Rules. In all cases our decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
1. Eligibility Requirements
1.1 The Prize Draw is open to residents of the UK only, excluding employees of Syngenta and their immediate families and anyone else professionally connected with this Prize Draw.
1.2 Entrants must be 18 years old or over and we reserve the right to request proof of age from any potential prize winners.
2. Competition Period
2.1 The Prize Draw begins on Wednesday 10th June 2020 and closes at midnight on Tuesday 30th June 2020 (“Competition Period”). All entries must be received before the expiry of the Competition Period.
2.2 All valid Entries received during the Competition Period will be entered into the Prize Draw. Winner(s) will be selected by random draw on Wednesday 1st July 2020. Our decision concerning all matters relating to the Prize Draw, including the determination of the winner(s), will be final and binding.
3. How to Enter
3.1 No fee or purchase necessary. To enter, Entrants must review the Cereals Live 2020 content on the Syngenta.co.uk website and answer 3 survey questions / provide feedback via an online form on Syngenta.co.uk on how useful they found it. They must also provide their name and email address so that we can contact the winner(s).
3.2 No other forms of entry will be accepted. Multiple entries are not permitted.
3.3 We accept no liability for lost, late or misdirected entries, for technical failures of any kind or for any human error which may occur in the receipt or processing of the entries.
4. Prizes
4.1 The prize is a Syngenta goodie box filled with Syngenta branded and spray related products including; a pack of 10 Syngenta spray nozzles, Syngenta cable ties, Syngenta rain gauge, t-shirt and cap of a total approximate value of £50. There is no cash alternative and the prize(s) is/are not transferrable.
4.2 In the event of unforeseen circumstances, we reserve the right to provide alternative prize(s) of equal or greater value. Winner will receive one standard pack of 3D Defy spray nozzles. T-shirt size is subject to stock availability.
4.3 The winner(s) will be responsible for any income tax or other taxes or payments due as a result of winning a prize.
5. Data protection and notifying the winner(s)
5.1 We are the data controller and will use your personal data only to administer the Prize Draw. All use of your personal data will be in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation and our privacy policy, which is available at www.syngenta.co.uk.
5.2 The winner will be notified by email within fourteen (14) days of the closing date. We will ask the prize winner for; confirmation of their preferred t-shirt size plus a postal address to deliver the prize.
5.3 If we are unable to contact any prize winner or do not receive a reply within seven (7) days the prize will be forfeited. At our discretion, we may select a new prize winner from the remaining entries.
5.4 Losing entries will not receive any notification.
6. Changes to Rules
6.1 If, due to events beyond our reasonable control, we decide to modify the Rules at any time, we will notify Entrants as soon as is practically possible.
6.2 We reserve the right to change, suspend or cancel the Prize Draw without specifying the reasons and without incurring liability as a result.
7. General
7.1 This Competition and these rules are governed by the laws of England and the courts of England shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
