Harvest 2025 MIRAVIS® and SOLATENOL® Offer

Terms & Conditions

1. ABOUT THESE TERMS & CONDITIONS

1.1. These Terms & Conditions for our Harvest 25 MIRAVIS® and SOLATENOL® (“Offer”) will apply from the Version Date set out above.

1.2. The Offer is a special offer under Section 6.5 of the Partnership Plan Terms & Conditions. Sections 1.4, 2 – 5 (inclusive) 5, 6.5 - 6.10 (inclusive) and 12 – 17 (inclusive) of the Partnership Plan Terms & Conditions are incorporated into these Offer Terms & Conditions as though set out in full below, with the proviso that references to “these Terms & Conditions” shall mean these Offer Terms & Conditions.

1.3. Submitting a claim under this Offer indicates your acceptance of these Terms & Conditions on behalf of the Business holding the Partnership Plan Account.

2. THE OFFER

2.1. This Offer is open from 1st March 2025 to 31st July 2025 inclusive (the “Offer Period”).

2.2. To qualify for the Offer, you must purchase at least one genuine Syngenta product from clause 2.2(i) and one genuine Syngenta product from clause 2.2(ii) during the Offer Period for use by the Account holding Business in 2025:

(i) MIRAVIS® Hawk, MIRAVIS® Alpha, MIRAVIS® Arrow, MIRAVIS® Blade, MIRAVIS® Excel, MIRAVIS® Fame, MIRAVIS® Jewel, MIRAVIS® Jive, MIRAVIS® Malt, MIRAVIS® Plus (MIRAVIS® Qualifying Products”); and

(ii) APROVIA Plus, CERATAVO® Plus, ELATUS® Era, ELATUS Plus, KAVATUR Plus, LEVEE, LIZARD, TACANZA Era, VELOGY® Era, VELOGY Plus (SOLATENOL® Qualifying Products”).

The Offer is an additional 50 points per litre for the “Matching Volumes” of MIRAVIS® Qualifying Purchases and SOLATENOL® Qualifying Purchases made in the Qualifying Period for use by the Account holding Business in 2025.

The “Matching Volumes” figure is determined by comparing the total volume (in litres) of qualifying purchases of MIRAVIS® Qualifying Product with total the volume (in litres) of qualifying purchases of SOLATENOL® Qualifying Product. The lower of these two volume figures is the Matching Volume.

Example calculations for illustration purposes. Assumes purchases made within Qualifying Period and for use by the Account holding Business during 2025:

  • Purchase of 50L of genuine Miravis Malt and 50L of genuine Miravis Jive = 100L MIRAVIS Qualifying Product. Purchase of 80L Ceratavo Plus (a SOLATENOL Qualifying Product). The Matching Volume is 80L (the lower of the two volumes).

Points claimable for MIRAVIS® Qualifying Product = 80L x 50 points/L = 4,000 points.

Points claimable for SOLATENOL® Qualifying Product = 80L x 50 points/L= 4,000 points.

Total points claimable = 8,000 points.

  • Purchase of 50L MIRAVIS® Qualifying Product and 60L SOLATENOL® Qualifying Product. The Matching Volume is 50L (the lower of the two volumes).

Points claimable for MIRAVIS® Qualifying Product = 50L x 50 points/L = 2,500 points.

Points claimable for SOLATENOL® Qualifying Product = 50L x 50 points/L= 2,500 points.

Total points claimable = 5,000 points.

2.3. The points claimable under this Offer are in addition to other points claimable under Partnership Plan for purchases of the Qualifying Products.

3. HOW TO CLAIM and SUBMISSION DEADLINE

3.1. To make a claim under this Offer, submit copy invoice(s) to the Partnership Plan platform showing the quantity of Qualifying Products which the Account holding Business purchased during the

Offer Period. The invoice(s) must show the total quantity of Qualifying Products for which points are claimed under this Offer.

3.2. To avoid disappointment, please ensure that submission of your claim under this Offer is completed on or before the 15th December 2025 (“Harvest 25 Submission Deadline”). Claims received after the Submission Deadline will not qualify for points under this Offer.

4. VALIDATION OF CLAIMS AND AWARD OF POINTS

4.1. In accordance with the Partnership Plan Terms & Conditions, we reserve the right to validate all claims received. There may be a delay between submission of a claim and award of points in respect of validated claims.

6. CHANGES TO THE OFFER

6.1. We reserve the right to change these Terms & Conditions from time to time (including, without limitation, the claims process, points award, validation requirements etc). Except to the extent expressly set out in these Terms & Conditions, we will not be liable to you in any way for possible consequences of changes to these Terms & Conditions.
