Superior Late Blight Protection, Season After Season
Potato Late Blight (Phytophthora infestans) is a devastating disease that has a massive impact on both yield and quality. REVUS® is a CAA fungicide, active against all late blight strains in the UK and effective at preventing spore creation and germination. It can be used effectively throughout the season, but due to its translaminar activity, it can protect the underside of the leaf, particularly within a dense haulm, so is perfectly suited to be positioned during the rapid canopy or stable canopy stages.
How does REVUS® work?
REVUS® bonds strongly with the waxy layer of the leaf, which gives highly effective, reliable and long lasting control even in difficult weather conditions.
1. Strong and rapid bonding to waxy layer
2. Filters into plant tissue
3. Spreads locally with expanding leaf tissue

REVUS® application guidance for potatoes
✓ REVUS® is to be applied in mixtures with a fungicide of a different mode of action*.
✓ Apply REVUS®, or other CAA fungicides, preferably in a preventative manner.
✓ FRAC guidance states not to apply REVUS®, or other CAA fungicides, in more than 2 consecutive applications. To further strengthen the CAA anti-resistance strategy, Syngenta UK would advocate the use of REVUS® in alternation with fungicides of a different mode of action.
✓ Up to 6 applications of CAA fungicides, making up no more than 50% of the intended total number of sprays.
✓ Good agricultural practices must be considered to reduce source of inoculum, disease pressure and resistance risk, e.g. consider planting resistant varieties and refer to disease prediction models.
*An effective partner for REVUS® is one that provides satisfactory disease control when used alone at the mixture rate.

Nozzle technology and drift retardant for best coverage and improved control
Using both 3D ninety nozzles and drift retardants maximises blight control by reducing drift and better placement of droplets throughout the canopy.
The drift retardants Crusade/Sterling, Vigilant and Lok-it are supported with the use of REVUS®
