2026 HYVIDO® Solo Stove & Deck Chairs Prize Draw Terms & Conditions
1. Eligibility Requirements
1.1 The Prize Draw is open to residents of the UK only, excluding employees of Syngenta and their immediate families and anyone else professionally connected with this Prize Draw.
1.2 Entrants must be 18 years old or over and we reserve the right to request proof of age from any potential prize winners.
1.3. Entrants must have the ability to grow five hectares or more of cereal crops in the UK. Syngenta reserve the right to ask for proof of farm ownership including but not limited to VAT number.
2. Competition Period
2.1 The Prize Draw begins on 01.06.2026 and closes at 23:59 on 25.09.2026 (“Competition Period”). All entries must be received before the expiry of the Competition Period.
2.2 All valid Entries received during the Competition Period will be entered into the Prize Draw. There will be one winner who will be selected at random on the 28.09.2026. Our decision concerning all matters relating to the Prize Draw, including the determination of the winner(s), will be final and binding.
3. How to Enter
3.1 No fee or purchase necessary. Entrants must open their Seed Selector Recommendation to receive information on how to opt in to the Prize Draw.
3.2 No other forms of entry will be accepted.
3.3 We accept no liability for lost, late or misdirected entries, for technical failures of any kind or for any human error which may occur in the receipt or processing of the entries.
4. Prizes
4.1 The prize is a Solo Stove Bonfire 19.5" Fire Pit and Surround Bundle, plus two HYVIDO® deck chairs. There is no cash alternative and the prize(s) is/are not transferrable.
4.2 In the event of unforeseen circumstances, we reserve the right to provide alternative prize(s) of equal or greater value.
4.3 The winner(s) will be responsible for any income tax or other taxes or payments due as a result of winning a prize.
5. Data protection and notifying the winner(s)
5.1 To manage this Prize Draw, Syngenta are the Data Controller and will process your personal data in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR). 5.2 The winner will be notified by email within five (5) working days of the closing date. We will contact the prize winner directly to confirm their prize.
5.3 If we are unable to contact any prize winner or do not receive a reply within thirty (30) days of the initial notification of winning the prize, the prize will be forfeited. At our discretion, we may select a new prize winner from the remaining entries.
5.4 Losing entries will not receive any notification.
6. Changes to Rules
6.1 If, due to events beyond our reasonable control, we decide to modify the Rules at any time, we will notify Entrants as soon as is practically possible.
6.2 We reserve the right to change, suspend or cancel the Prize Draw without specifying the reasons and without incurring liability as a result.
7. General
7.1 This Competition and these rules are governed by the laws of England and the courts of England shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
