1. Eligibility Requirements
1.1 The Prize Draw is open to Partnership Plan Members, excluding employees of Syngenta and their immediate families and anyone else professionally connected with this Prize Draw.
1.2 Entrants must be 18 years old or over and we reserve the right to request proof of age from any potential prize winners.
1.3 Multiple entries per person are not permitted. We reserve the right to disqualify Entrants with multiple entries.
2. Prize Draw Period
2.1 The Prize Draw is open from 7th April 2026 and closes at 23:59 on 21st April 2026 (“Prize Draw Period”). All entries must be received before expiry of the Prize Draw Period.
2.2 All valid Entries received during the Prize Draw Period will be entered into the Prize Draw. Winner(s) will be selected by random draw on 27th April 2026. Our decision concerning all matters relating to the Prize Draw, including the determination of the winner(s), will be final and binding.
3. How to Enter
3.1 No fee or purchase necessary. To enter, Entrants must complete the form online at HYVIDO® Customer Experience – Fill in form and provide their name and email address so that we can contact the winner(s).
3.2 No other forms of entry will be accepted.
3.3 We accept no liability for lost, late or misdirected entries, for technical failures of any kind or for any human error which may occur in the receipt or processing of the entries.
4. Prizes
4.1 There are five prizes of YETI Rambler water bottle of approximate value £40. There is no cash alternative and the prize(s) is/are not transferrable.
4.2 In the event of unforeseen circumstances, we reserve the right to provide alternative prize(s) of equal or greater value.
4.3 We will only post prizes to a UK address provided by the Entrant. We accept no liability for prizes lost or damaged in the post.
4.4 The winner(s) will be responsible for any income tax or other taxes or payments due as a result of winning a prize.
5. Data protection and notifying the winner(s)
5.1 To manage this Prize Draw, Syngenta is the data controller and will process your personal data in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and our privacy notice. 5.2 Upon request, we will provide information about prize winners, but will not identify you except by business name (if you provided this to us) and post code area. If you do not wish us to share business name, please contact us - see section 8.1 for how to contact us.
5.3 We will notify winners within five (5) working days of the draw date. We will ask prize winners for a postal address to deliver the prize.
5.4 If we are unable to contact any prize winner or do not receive a reply within thirty (30) days the prize will be forfeited. At our discretion, we may randomly draw a new prize winner from the remaining entries.
5.5 Entrants who do not win a prize will not receive any notification.
6. Changes to Rules
6.1 If, due to events beyond our reasonable control, we decide to modify the Rules at any time, we will notify Entrants as soon as is practically possible.
6.2 We reserve the right to change, suspend or cancel the Prize Draw without specifying the reasons and without incurring liability as a result.
7. General
7.1 This Prize Draw and these rules are governed by the laws of England and the courts of England shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
