GOLDEN TICKET PRIZE DRAW 2026 TERMS & CONDITIONS

Please read these terms & conditions ("rules") carefully. “Prize Draw” means The MIRAVIS®  Golden ticket 2026 Prize Draw. “Syngenta” and “we/us/our” means Syngenta UK Limited, Registered Company number 00849037. By entering the Prize Draw, you (the “Entrant”) accept and agree to comply with these Rules. In all cases our decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

1. Eligibility Requirements

1.1 The Prize Draw is open to residents of the UK only, excluding employees of Syngenta and their immediate families and anyone else professionally connected with this Prize Draw. 

1.2 Entrants must be 18 years old or over and we reserve the right to request proof of age from any potential prize winners.

1.3 In order to comply with the label, prizes which are professional crop protection products will only be awarded to potential winners who pass our validation to confirm that they: 

    a) Operate a professional cereals farm business in Great Britain; and

    b) Have a valid agronomist recommendation for the crop protection product prize.

Potential winners who do not provide satisfactory evidence to Syngenta to pass validation within five working days of request will be disqualified and a new potential winner will be randomly drawn.

1.4 Prizes which are professional crop protection products are limited to a maximum of one prize per farm business.

1.5 Multiple entries per person are not permitted and a maximum of one prize per Entrant will be awarded. We reserve the right to disqualify Entrants with multiple entries.

2. Prize Draw Period

2.1 The Prize Draw is open from 1st March 2026 at 07:00hrs GMT and closes on 17th April 2026 at 23:59hrs GMT (“Prize Draw Period”). All entries must be received before expiry of the Prize Draw Period.

2.2 All valid Entries received during the Prize Draw Period will be entered into the Prize Draw. The winners will be selected by random draw on 18th April 2026. Our decision concerning all matters relating to the Prize Draw, including the determination and validation of the winners, will be final and binding.

3. How to Enter

3.1 No fee or purchase necessary. To enter, Entrants must complete the form provided at: https://www.syngenta.co.uk/form/miravis-prize, accessible by QR code.

3.2 No other forms of entry will be accepted. 

3.3 We accept no liability for lost, late or misdirected entries, for technical failures of any kind or for any human error which may occur in the receipt or processing of the entries.

4. Prizes

4.1 There are twenty prizes available: 

  • 1 x prize of 60L of MIRAVIS® Plus* + 20L of ERA® 300 (approx. value £2,600)
  • 5 x prizes of 15L of MIRAVIS® Plus** + 5L of ERA® 300 (approx. value £650 each)

The above prizes are subject to the eligibility criteria set out in section 1.3 above.

  • 2 x prizes of a 3D Ninety 50 nozzles sprayer set (approx. value £350 each)
  • 2 x prizes of a MIRAVIS® Musto Sardinia jacket (approx. value £175 each)
  • 2 x prizes of MIRAVIS® Helly Hansen waterproof trousers (approx. value £45 each)
  • 8 x MIRAVIS® goodie bags

Approximate values are an estimate based on historic average retail prices excluding VAT.

*Coverage 40 hectares when used at recommended 1.5l/ha rate on wheat.

**Coverage 10 hectares when used at recommended 1.5l/ha rate on wheat.

4.2 In the event of unforeseen circumstances, we reserve the right to provide an alternative prize of equal or greater value.

4.3 We will only arrange delivery of prizes which are crop protection products to a valid professional farm business address in Great Britian provided by a validated winner. Other prizes will be posted to a UK address provided by the Entrant. We accept no liability for prizes lost or damaged in the post. 

4.4 The winners will be responsible for any income tax or other taxes or payments due as a result of winning a prize.

5. Data protection and notifying the winner

5.1 To manage this Prize Draw, Syngenta is the Data Controller and will process your personal data in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and our privacy notice. 5.2 Upon request, we will provide information about prize winners, but will not identify you except by business name (if you provided this to us) and post code area. If you do not wish us to share business name, please contact us - see section 8.1 for how to contact us.

5.3 We will notify winners within five (5) working days of the draw date.

5.4 If we are unable to contact a winner or do not receive a satisfactory reply within: (i) two weeks of notification for prizes which are not professional crop protection products; or (ii) the period specified within clause 1.3 for prizes which are profession crop protection products, the prize will be forfeited. At our discretion, we may randomly draw a new prize winner from the remaining entries.

5.5 Entrants who do not win a prize will not receive any notification.

6. Changes to Rules

6.1 If, due to events beyond our reasonable control, we decide to modify the Rules at any time, we will notify Entrants as soon as is practically possible.

6.2 We reserve the right to change, suspend or cancel the Prize Draw without specifying the reasons and without incurring liability as a result.

7. General

7.1 This Prize Draw and these rules are governed by the laws of England and the courts of England shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
