Syngenta Partnership Plan Harvest 25 Submission Booster Prize Draw Rules
Please read these Rules carefully. “Prize Draw” means Harvest 25 Submission Booster Prize Draw. “Syngenta” and “we/us/our” means Syngenta UK Limited reg’d co. no. 00849037. By entering the Prize Draw, you (the “Entrant”) accept and agree to comply with these Rules. In all cases our decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
1. Eligibility Requirements
1.1 The Prize Draw is open to residents of the UK only who are members of Partnership Plan, excluding employees of Syngenta and their immediate families and anyone else professionally connected with this Prize Draw.
1.2 Entrants must be 18 years old or over and we reserve the right to request proof of age from any potential prize winners.
1.3 Multiple entries are not permitted, one entry per membership account.
2. Prize Draw Period
2.1 The Prize Draw begins on 1st September 2025 and closes on 15th December 2025, 23:59 (“Prize Draw Period”). All submissions must be received before the expiry of the Prize Draw Period.
2.2 All valid submissions received during the Prize Draw Period will be entered into the Prize Draw. The Prize Draw will be drawn and winners decided after December 15th, 2025. Our decision concerning all matters relating to the Prize Draw, including the determination of the winner(s), will be final and binding.
3. How to Enter
3.1 No fee or purchase necessary. To enter, Entrants must complete a submission for the Harvest 25 season on the Partnership Plan platform.
3.2 No other forms of entry will be accepted.
3.3 We accept no liability for lost, late or misdirected entries, for technical failures of any kind or for any human error which may occur in the receipt or processing of the entries.
4. Prizes
4.1 The first prize is a Bonfire 2.0 Stainless Steel Portable Smokeless Firepit & Stand, Silver, a Large Big Green Egg on a Eucalyptus Table, with an Ultimate Accessory Pack and a Draco Grills Fusion 6 Burner Black Outdoor Kitchen with Modular Single Fridge.
There is no cash alternative and the prizes are not transferable.
4.2 In the event of unforeseen circumstances, we reserve the right to provide alternative prize(s) of equal or greater value.
4.3 We will only post prizes to a UK address provided by the Entrant. We accept no liability for prizes lost or damaged in the post.
4.4 The winner(s) will be responsible for any income tax or other taxes or payments due as a result of winning a prize.
5. Data protection and notifying the winner(s)
5.1 To manage this Prize Draw, Syngenta are the Data Controller and will process your personal data in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR). We will process your personal data only to administer the Prize Draw. 5.2 The winners will be notified by email within 30 days of the closing date. We will ask prize winners for a postal address to deliver the prize.
5.3 If we are unable to contact any prize winner or do not receive a reply within thirty 30 days of the notification, the prize will be forfeited. At our discretion, we may select a new prize winner from the remaining entries.
5.4 Losing entries will not receive any notification.
6. Changes to Rules
6.1 If, due to events beyond our reasonable control, we decide to modify the Rules at any time, we will notify Entrants as soon as is practically possible.
6.2 We reserve the right to change, suspend or cancel the Prize Draw without specifying the reasons and without incurring liability as a result.
7. General
7.1 This Prize Draw and these rules are governed by the laws of England and the courts of England shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
