Please read these Rules carefully. “Prize Draw” means The Syngenta Communications Sign Up 2025 Prize Draw. “Syngenta” and “we/us/our” means Syngenta UK Limited, Registered Company number 00849037. By entering the Prize Draw, you (the “Entrant”) accept and agree to comply with these Rules. In all cases our decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
1. Eligibility Requirements
1.1 The Prize Draw is open to residents of the UK only, excluding employees of Syngenta and their immediate families and anyone else professionally connected with this Prize Draw.
1.2 Entrants must be 18 years old or over and we reserve the right to request proof of age from any potential prize winners.
1.3 Multiple entries are not permitted.
2. Prize Draw Period
2.1 The Prize Draw begins on 21 July 2025 at 08:00hrs GMT and closes on 1 August 2025 at 16:00hrs GMT (“Prize Draw Period”). All entries must be received before the expiry of the Prize Draw Period.
2.2 All valid Entries received during the Prize Draw Period will be entered into the Prize Draw. The winner will be selected by random draw on 21 July 2025. Our decision concerning all matters relating to the Prize Draw, including the determination of the winner, will be final and binding.
3. How to Enter
3.1 No fee or purchase necessary. To enter, Entrants must sign up to Syngenta communications via the form provided on: https://www.syngenta.co.uk/form/web-signup-2025 sent in a Cereals follow up email.
3.2 No other forms of entry will be accepted.
3.3 We accept no liability for lost, late or misdirected entries, for technical failures of any kind or for any human error which may occur in the receipt or processing of the entries.
4. Prizes
4.1 There is one prize available. The prize is a YETI cool box of approximate value of £200.
4.2 In the event of unforeseen circumstances, we reserve the right to provide an alternative prize of equal or greater value.
4.3 We will only post prizes to a UK address provided by the Entrant. We accept no liability for prizes lost or damaged in the post.
4.4 The winner will be responsible for any income tax or other taxes or payments due as a result of winning a prize.
5. Data protection and notifying the winner
5.1 To manage this Prize Draw, Syngenta are the Data Controller and will process your personal data in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR). 5.2 The winner will be notified by email within [fourteen (14) days] of the closing date. We will ask the prize winner for a postal address to deliver the prize.
5.3 If we are unable to contact the prize winner or do not receive a reply by 8 August 2025 the prize will be forfeited. At our discretion, we may select a new prize winner from the remaining entries.
5.4 Entrants who do not win a prize will not receive any notification.
6. Changes to Rules
6.1 If, due to events beyond our reasonable control, we decide to modify the Rules at any time, we will notify Entrants as soon as is practically possible.
6.2 We reserve the right to change, suspend or cancel the Prize Draw without specifying the reasons and without incurring liability as a result.
7. General
7.1 This Prize Draw and these rules are governed by the laws of England and the courts of England shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
