Seed Treatment Offer 2026

Offer Terms Version Date: 17 August 2026 

1. ABOUT THESE SPECIAL OFFER TERMS & CONDITIONS (“Offer Terms”)

   1.1 These Offer Terms for our Seed Treatment Offer 2026 (“Offer”) will apply from the Version Date set out above. 

   1.2 This Offer is a special offer under Section 6.5 of the Partnership Plan Terms & Conditions (which are available at https://www.syngenta.co.uk/partnershipplan/terms). 

   1.3 Submitting a claim under this Offer indicates your acceptance of these Offer Terms on behalf of the Business holding the Partnership Plan Account.

    

2. THE OFFER 

   2.1 This Offer is open from 1^st May 2026 to 30th October 2026 inclusive (the “Offer Period”). 

   2.2 Offer points are available for “Qualifying Purchases” of seed treated with a Qualifying Product* as defined in the table below. “Qualifying Purchases” are those made in the UK by the Partnership Plan Account holding Business during the Offer Period.

   2.3 *This Offer does not apply to any seed treated with a product which is not registered for seed treatment use in the relevant country.

3. HOW TO CLAIM and CLAIM DEADLINE

3.1 To claim points under this Offer, submit copy invoice(s) to the Partnership Plan platform. The invoices must: 

• be addressed to the Account holding Business;

• be dated within the Offer Period; and 

• show the total quantity of seed treated with the Qualifying Products for which points are claimed under this Offer. 

3.2 To avoid disappointment, please ensure that submission of your claim under this Offer is completed on or before 30^th October 2026 (“Claim Deadline”). Claims received after the Claim Deadline will not qualify for points under this Offer.

4 VALIDATION OF CLAIMS AND AWARDS OF POINTS

4.1 In accordance with the Partnership Plan Terms & Conditions, we reserve the right to validate all claims received. There may be a delay between submission of a claim and award of points in respect of validated claims. 

5. BASE POINTS (not part of this Offer)

5.1 The Account Holding Businesses may also be able to claim base Partnership Plan points for purchased seed treated with Eligible Products. Such claims are not part of this Offer and will be subject to the Partnership Plan Terms & Conditions for claiming base points. For details of the standard claims process and submission deadline, see in particular sections 6.1 to 6.5 of the Partnership Plan Terms & Conditions (available via the link in section 1.2 above).

7. THE OFFER

7.1 Unless otherwise defined in these Offer Terms, capitalised terms have the meanings defined in the Partnership Plan Terms & Conditions.

7.2 Sections 1.4, 2 – 5 (inclusive) 5, 6.5 - 6.10 (inclusive) and 12 – 17 (inclusive) of the Partnership Plan Terms & Conditions are incorporated into these Offer Terms as though set out in full. In the case of conflict or inconsistency, these Offer Terms will prevail.

7.3 We reserve the right to change these Offer Terms upon prior notice. Except to the extent expressly set out in these Offer Terms, we will not be liable for possible consequences of changes to these Terms & Conditions.
