LAMMA 2026 PRIZE DRAW TERMS & CONDITIONS
Please read these Rules carefully. “Prize Draw” means The Syngenta Communications Sign Up 2026 Prize Draw. “Syngenta” and “we/us/our” means Syngenta UK Limited, Registered Company number 00849037. By entering the Prize Draw, you (the “Entrant”) accept and agree to comply with these Rules. In all cases our decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
1. Eligibility Requirements
1.1 The Prize Draw is open to residents of the UK only, excluding employees of Syngenta and their immediate families and anyone else professionally connected with this Prize Draw.
1.2 Entrants must be 18 years old or over and we reserve the right to request proof of age from any potential prize winners.
1.3 Multiple entries are not permitted.
2. Prize Draw Period
2.1 The Prize Draw begins on 14th January 2026 at 07:00hrs GMT and closes on 30th January 2026 at 23:59hrs GMT (“Prize Draw Period”). All entries must be received before the expiry of the Prize Draw Period.
2.2 All valid Entries received during the Prize Draw Period will be entered into the Prize Draw. The winners will be selected by random draw on 4 February 2026. Our decision concerning all matters relating to the Prize Draw, including the determination of the winners, will be final and binding.
3. How to Enter
3.1 No fee or purchase necessary. To enter, Entrants must fill in their details and sign up to Syngenta communications via the form provided on: https://www.syngenta.co.uk/form/miravis-lamma-event, accessible by QR code. These will be provided at the LAMMA Event 2026.
3.2 No other forms of entry will be accepted.
3.3 We accept no liability for lost, late or misdirected entries, for technical failures of any kind or for any human error which may occur in the receipt or processing of the entries.
4. Prizes
4.1 There are twenty prizes available:
4x MIRAVIS® Plus + ERA® 300 boxes x 1 (Approximate value of £2,600 each)
1x MIRAVIS® Plus + ERA® 300 boxes x 4 (Approximate value of £650 each)
3D ninety full sprayer set nozzles x 2 (Approximate value of £210 each)
MIRAVIS® Musto Sardinia jackets x 2 (Approximate value of £175 each)
MIRAVIS® Columbia gilets x 2 (Approximate value of £100 each)
MIRAVIS® Polo Shirt x 4 (Approximate value of £20 each)
MIRAVIS® Beanie x 5 (Approximate value of £8 each)
4.2 In the event of unforeseen circumstances, we reserve the right to provide an alternative prize of equal or greater value.
4.3 We will only post prizes to a UK address provided by the Entrant. We accept no liability for prizes lost or damaged in the post.
4.4 The winners will be responsible for any income tax or other taxes or payments due as a result of winning a prize.
5. Data protection and notifying the winner
5.1 To manage this Prize Draw, Syngenta are the Data Controller and will process your personal data in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR). 5.2 The winners will be notified by email within [seven (7) days] of the closing date. We will ask the prize winners for a postal address to deliver the prize.
5.3 If we are unable to contact the prize winners or do not receive a reply by 13 February 2026 the prize will be forfeited. At our discretion, we may select a new prize winner from the remaining entries.
5.4 Entrants who do not win a prize will not receive any notification.
6. Changes to Rules
6.1 If, due to events beyond our reasonable control, we decide to modify the Rules at any time, we will notify Entrants as soon as is practically possible.
6.2 We reserve the right to change, suspend or cancel the Prize Draw without specifying the reasons and without incurring liability as a result.
7. General
7.1 This Prize Draw and these rules are governed by the laws of England and the courts of England shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
