Cropwise Seed Selector 2026 Offer

  1. ABOUT THESE SPECIAL OFFER TERMS & CONDITIONS (“Offer Terms”)

    1.1 These Offer Terms for our Cropwise Seed Selector 2026 Offer (“Offer”) will apply from the Version Date set out above. 

    1.2 This Offer is a special offer under Section 6.5 of the Partnership Plan Terms & Conditions (which are available at https://www.syngenta.co.uk/partnershipplan/terms). 

    1.3 Submitting a claim under this Offer indicates your acceptance of these Offer Terms on behalf of the Business holding the Partnership Plan Account.

  2. THE OFFER 

    2.1 This Offer is open from 1st June 2026 to 15th December 2026 inclusive (the “Offer Period”). 

    2.2 All Syngenta Hyvido Hybrid Barley varieties registered for use in the country of purchase are “Qualifying Varieties” under this Offer*.

    2.3 The Offer is 250 Partnership Plan points per 10MS bag of Qualifying Varieties* purchased during the Offer Period for which the Account Holding Business has a Cropwise Seed Selector recommendation. 

    2.4 *This Offer does not apply to any variety not registered in the country of purchase.

  3. HOW TO CLAIM and CLAIM DEADLINE

    3.1 To claim points under this Offer, submit the following proof to the Partnership Plan platform:

    (i) Copy of Recommendation 

  • This may be the Cropwise Seed Selector email sent to a Member of the Account holding Business OR a screenshot from the Cropwise Seed Selector platform. 

  • The Seed Selector recommendation must be dated within the Offer Period.

  • The Seed Selector recommendation must recommend the Qualifying Varieties for which points are claimed under this Offer. 

    (ii) Copy of invoice(s) showing the Qualifying Purchases. The invoice(s) must be addressed to the Account holding Business, dated within the Offer Period and show the total quantity (number of 10MS bags) of Qualifying Varieties for which points are claimed under this Offer. 

    3.2 To avoid disappointment, please ensure that submission of your claim under this Offer is completed on or before the 15th December 2026 (“Claim Deadline”). Claims received after the Claim Deadline will not qualify for points under this Offer.

  1. VALIDATION OF CLAIIMS AND AWARD POINTS 

    4.1 In accordance with the Partnership Plan Terms & Conditions, we reserve the right to validate all claims received. There may be a delay between submission of a claim and award of points in respect of validated claims. 

  2. BASE POINTS (not part of this Offer)

    5.1 In 2027, the Account Holding Businesses may also be able to claim base Partnership Plan points for Eligible Products such as Syngenta varieties cultivated in Cropping Season 2027. Such claims are not part of this Offer and will be subject to the Partnership Plan Terms & Conditions for claiming base points.   4. THE OFFER

    7.1 Unless otherwise defined in these Offer Terms, capitalised terms have the meanings defined in the Partnership Plan Terms & Conditions.

    7.2 Sections 1.4, 2 – 5 (inclusive) 5, 6.5 - 6.10 (inclusive) and 12 – 17 (inclusive) of the Partnership Plan Terms & Conditions are incorporated into these Offer Terms as though set out in full. In the case of conflict or inconsistency, these Offer Terms will prevail.

    7.3 We reserve the right to change these Offer Terms upon prior notice. Except to the extent expressly set out in these Offer Terms, we will not be liable for possible consequences of changes to these Terms & Conditions.
