X-TERRA® TrySY® Field Trial Contributor's Agreement 2026-27

X-TERRA® TrySY® Field Trial 2026-27: Syngenta X-TERRA® TrySY® Field Trial carried out by the Farm Business named below during 2026-2027 Season.

Contribution: Testimonials, comments, interviews, photographs, video and audio recordings about the X-TERRA® TrySY® Field Trial 2026-27.

Compensation: 1 x free of charge 9M seed bag of a Syngenta X-TERRA® hybrid winter wheat variety (trial seed) 

Compensation provided to: The Farm Business named above

Term of use of Contribution: During the the X-TERRA® TrySY® Field Trial 2026-27 and for 2 years after harvest

By signing this Contributor’s Agreement, you confirm the following:  

  • Syngenta may record, use, reproduce, edit, adapt and translate your Contribution (as described above) for Syngenta’s promotional, marketing and communications purposes: 

    • on Syngenta websites and social media channels; 

    • in digital and printed marketing materials; 

    • in external and internal presentations, events and communications; and 

    • in media and promotional campaigns relating to Syngenta products and services.  

  • You grant Syngenta a royalty-free, worldwide licence to use the Contribution for the purposes described in this Contributor’s Agreement and for the Term stated above. 

  • You agree your statements in the Contribution are/will be true to the best of your knowledge and reflect your genuine opinions and experience. 

  • Syngenta may edit, adapt and translate the Contribution provided the overall meaning is not materially altered. 

  • Syngenta may share the Contribution with Syngenta group companies for the same purpose.  

Compensation 

  • In consideration for the rights granted in this Contributor’s Agreement, Syngenta will provide the compensation described above ("Compensation") to the Farm Business named above and not to you personally (unless you are a sole trader Farm Business). 

  • You confirm that you are authorised to participate in the Contribution and have obtained any permissions or approvals required from your employer or other person. 

  • Syngenta will make it clear that the Consideration was given to the Farm Business in return for your Contribution whenever it is used. 

Data Protection 

  • The Contribution may include personal data such as your name, image, voice and opinions.  

  • Syngenta is the data controller and will use your personal data for the purposes described in this Contributor’s Agreement and in accordance with our privacy notice which is available at www.syngenta.co.uk/content/privacy-policy.  

  • The lawful basis for processing your personal data is Syngenta’s legitimate interests in promoting our products and services. We will process your personal data only for the period stated in this Contributor’s Agreement, unless the law requires a longer retention period or earlier cessation. 

  • You have the right to object to our processing of your personal data. If you exercise this right, we will assess your request taking into account the nature of the materials and our legitimate interests in continued use under the agreed commercial arrangements referred to in this agreement. Where required, we will stop or limit future use although content already published may not be removable.
