SYNGENTA 2026 CEREALS EVENT PRIZE DRAW TERMS & CONDITIONS
Please read these terms & conditions (“Rules”) carefully. “Prize Draw” means Syngenta 2026 Cereals Event Prize Draw. “Syngenta” and “we/us/our” means Syngenta UK Limited, registered company number 00849037. By entering the Prize Draw, you (the “Entrant”) accept and agree to comply with these Rules. In all cases our decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
1. Eligibility Requirements
1.1 The Prize Draw is open to residents of the UK only, excluding employees of Syngenta and their immediate families and anyone else professionally connected with this Prize Draw.
1.2 Entrants must be 18 years old or over and we reserve the right to request proof of age from any potential prize winners.
1.3 Multiple entries per person are not permitted and a maximum of one prize per Entrant will be awarded. We reserve the right to disqualify Entrants with multiple entries.
2. Prize Draw Period
2.1 The Prize Draw is open from 08:00 on 10th August 2026 and closes at 23:59 on 28th August (“Prize Draw Period”). All entries must be received before the expiry of the Prize Draw Period.
2.2 All valid Entries received during the Prize Draw Period will be entered into the Prize Draw. Winner(s) will be selected by random draw on 1st September 2026. Our decision concerning all matters relating to the Prize Draw, including the determination of the winner(s), will be final and binding.
3. How to Enter
3.1 No fee or purchase necessary. To enter, Entrants must enter online at https://www.syngenta.co.uk/cereals-event-sign and provide name, email address and address so that we can contact the winners and dispatch prizes.
3.2 No other forms of entry will be accepted.
3.3 We accept no liability for lost, late or misdirected entries, for technical failures of any kind or for any human error which may occur in the receipt or processing of the entries.
4. Prizes
4.1 There are 100 prizes of a YETI water bottle of approximate value £20. There is no cash alternative, and the prize is not transferrable.
4.2 In the event of unforeseen circumstances, we reserve the right to provide alternative prizes of equal or greater value.
4.3 We will only post prizes to a UK address provided by the Entrant. We accept no liability for prizes lost or damaged in the post.
4.4 The winners will be responsible for any income tax or other taxes or payments due as a result of winning a prize.
5. Data protection and notifying the winners
5.1 To manage this Prize Draw, Syngenta is the data controller and will process your personal data in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and our privacy notice. 5.2 The winners will be notified by email within fourteen (14) days of the closing date. We will dispatch prizes to the delivery address provided online at Entry.
5.3 If we are unable to contact any prize winner or do not receive a reply within fourteen (14) days the prize will be forfeited. At our discretion, we may select a new prize winner by random draw from the remaining entries.
5.4 Entrants who do not win a prize will not receive any notification.
5.5 Upon request, we will provide information about prize winners but will not identify you except by business name and post code area. If you do not wish us to share business name, please contact us - see section 8.1 for how to contact us.
6. Changes to Rules
6.1 If, due to events beyond our reasonable control, we decide to modify the Rules at any time, we will notify Entrants as soon as is practically possible.
6.2 We reserve the right to change, suspend or cancel the Prize Draw without specifying the reasons and without incurring liability as a result.
7. General
7.1 This Prize Draw and these rules are governed by the laws of England and the courts of England shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
