AXIAL® Pro FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the optimal timing for AXIAL® Pro application in cereals?

AXIAL® Pro can be applied after 1st February up until before flag leaf sheath extending stage (GS41). Syngenta research with NIAB has demonstrated that larger, overwintered grass weeds are more competitive and produce far higher seed returns compared to later spring-germinating weeds. Understanding field populations and adapting to seasonal conditions will dictate the optimal timing.
