Two Open days to demonstrate the Business Benefits of Pollinators, organised by CFE and supported by Syngenta and Kings, will take place at:

Thrift Farm, Royston, Hertfordshire

on Friday 7th July

Rural Innovation Centre, Manor Farm, Harnhill, Cirencester

on Friday 14th July

Join the CFE. Kings and Syngenta at these free events to gain a valuable insight into how supporting pollinators and beneficial insects can enhance your farm business.

Hear from experts including Professor Richard Pywell of CEH (Royston) and Dr Jonathan Storkey from Rothamsted (Cirencester), plus CFE, Kings and Syngenta Environmental Initiatives Manager, Belinda Bailey.

The events will include a site walk to see pollinator habitats in action.

The focus will be on integrated pest management and supporting pollinators through making the best use of least productive areas of farmland and ecological focus areas - outside or alongside paid stewardship schemes.

The events are open to all. Farmers, growers, land managers, farm advisers and agronomists are all very welcome.

Please arrive at 9.30, for a 10am start, to finish by 1.30pm. Lunch will be provided.
