2024 NEMATHORIN® Calibration Offer 

Offer Terms & Conditions - Version Date: 1 November 2023  


  1. These Offer Terms & Conditions for our 2024 NEMATHORIN® Calibration Offer 2024 (“Offer”) will apply from the Version Date set out above.  

  1. The Offer is a special offer under Section 6.5 of the Partnership Plan Terms & Conditions. Sections 1.4, 2, 3.1, 3.2, 6.5 - 6.10 (inclusive) and 12 – 16 (inclusive) of the Partnership Plan Terms & Conditions are incorporated into these Offer Terms & Conditions as though set out in full below, with the proviso that references to “these Terms & Conditions” shall mean these Offer Terms & Conditions.  

  1. Submitting a claim under this Offer indicates your acceptance of these Offer Terms & Conditions on behalf of the Business holding the Partnership Plan Account. 

  1. THE OFFER   

  1. This Offer is available to Partnership Plan Account holding Businesses only. Partnership Plan points are claimable in relation to purchases of genuine Syngenta NEMATHORIN® (“Qualifying Product”) made between 1st October 2023 and 31st May 2024 inclusive (“Qualifying Period”) and proof of up-to-date calibration of your application machinery. 

  1. This Offer is limited to one claim per Account holding Business. 

  1. The number of points claimable under the Offer are as set out on the Partnership Plan Platform. To qualify, you must:  

  1. provide proof of purchase at least one (1) pack of Qualifying Product during the Qualifying Period for application by the Account holding Business before the end of May 2024; and  

  1. provide proof that your nematicide application machinery has been calibrated since the end of May 2022 in accordance with National Sprayer Testing Scheme (“NSTS”) best practice. 



  1. To make a claim under the Offer, you must submit the following information via the Partnership Plan Platform between 1st November 2023 and 30th June 2024 inclusive (the “Submission Period”):  

  1. copies of invoices showing the Account holding Business purchased Qualifying Product during the Qualifying Period; and  

  1. a copy of the relevant NSTS accredited test centre certificate, dated between 1st February 2022 and 31st March 2024.  

  1. To avoid disappointment, please ensure you submit your claim before the Submission Period expires. Subject to satisfactory validation of your claim, we will aim to credit the relevant number of points to your Partnership Plan Account by 30th September 2024.

  1. We reserve the right to change these Offer Terms & Conditions from time to time (including, without limitation, the Submission Period, claims process, points award, validation requirements etc). Changes will be communicated via the Partnership Plan Platform. Any such change will only apply to claims made after the effective date of the change (which will be the Version Date stated at the top of the Offer Terms & Conditions). Except to the extent expressly set out in these Offer Terms & Conditions, we will not be liable to you in any way for possible consequences of changes to these Offer Terms & Conditions.
