1. ABOUT THESE TERMS & CONDITIONS
1.1. These Terms & Conditions for our [Partnership Plan Bonus Points] Offer 2021 (“Offer”) will apply from the Version Date set out above.
1.2. The Offer is a special offer under Section 6.5 of the Partnership Plan Terms & Conditions. Sections 1.4, 2 – 5 (inclusive) 5, 6.5 - 6.10 (inclusive) and 12 – 17 (inclusive) of the Partnership Plan Terms & Conditions are incorporated into these Offer Terms & Conditions as though set out in full below, with the proviso that references to “these Terms & Conditions” shall mean these Offer Terms & Conditions.
1.3. Submitting a claim under this Offer indicates your acceptance of these Terms & Conditions on behalf of the Business holding the Partnership Plan Account.
2. THE OFFER
2.1. The Offer of 5,000 bonus Partnership Plan points is available to selected Partnership Plan Account holding Businesses only and is open from 7th December 2021 until the 31st January 2022 inclusive (the “Closing Date”).
2.2. To claim the Partnership Plan bonus points under the Offer, a Member or Delegate of the Account Holding Business must complete the following actions on or before the Closing Date:
(i) log into the online Partnership Plan Platform and submit details of the Eligible Products purchased and used by the Account holding Business between 1 September 2020 and 31 August 2021 (the “2020/2021 Cropping Season”) and submit details of current and planned cropping; and
(ii) submit copies of invoices showing the Account holding Business purchased the Eligible Products during the 2020/2021 Cropping Season.
2.3. The maximum number of points claimable under the Offer is limited to 5,000 Partnership Plan points in total per Account holding Business. Multiple log-ins or submissions will not qualify for additional bonus points.
2.4. Bonus points claimable under the Offer are in addition to other points claimable in respect of valid submissions relating to the 2020/2021 Cropping Season under Partnership Plan.
2.5. To avoid disappointment, please ensure the purchases of Eligible Products are made during the 2020/2021 Cropping Season and that submission of the claim under the Offer is completed on or before the Closing Date. Late submissions will not qualify for the Offer.
3. VALIDATION OF CLAIMS AND AWARD OF POINTS
3.1. In accordance with the Partnership Plan Terms & Conditions, we will validate all claims which are made before the Closing Date. We will aim to do this on a weekly basis. This means there may be a delay between your submission and award of points in respect of validated claims.
3.2. For successfully validated claims under the Offer, we will credit the bonus points to the Partnership Plan Account within 10 days.

5. CHANGES TO THE OFFER
5.1. We reserve the right to change these Terms & Conditions from time to time (including, without limitation, the claims process, points award, validation requirements etc). Except to the extent expressly set out in these Terms & Conditions, we will not be liable to you in any way for possible consequences of changes to these Terms & Conditions.
