Field Crops
Seeds are bred for most major crops using advanced techniques to tailor them for individual geographical regions to be high yielding and reliable. Also included are seeds that are genetically enhanced with built-in resistance (such as Bt corn) or herbicide tolerance (such as glyphosate tolerant soybeans). These are not grown commercially in the UK or Ireland.

Vegetables and Flowers.
Consumers demand fresh, high quality vegetables and flowers, and Syngenta has impressive offerings in both these areas.
